Audio mixer doesnt want to record Mic audio and Playback audio at the same time

So i want to setup my multi channel audio mixer but im quite new so i dont really know what im doing. Currently im using asio4all and i got the mic to work but i couldn't hear any audio playback after troubleshooting with youtube and google i finally got the audio playback to work but then my mic stopped recording.. My setup is so that i can have a external audio output for makuing music since i have a pair of studio headphones i want to use for that and IEMs for gaming. Just want to know if someone could direct me to a video or explain in detal what i have to do to acomplish these things

What does your ASIO4ALL config look like?

is it ormal to not be able to edit it?

this is what the recording stuff looks like none of them work
