Chord detection feature doesn't work

I've been trying to test the new feature that lets you see the chords you're playing easily, and it just isn't working. It shows nothing?

Are you playing them on a keyboard or in the piano roll?

In the piano roll it only shows chords when you select multiple notes not when you hit play.

i think the chord detection thing does not really work at all. most of the time it will give no result, and rarely give something. im not sure why they couldnt just use the tech from the chord generator because that always work

or maybe they did use the tech but still doesnt work? idk

I have not had these issues at all. If I hit or select more than one note it shows a chord every time.

Even if I mash keys randomly it keeps up pretty well.

By pretty well I mean it'll show chords faster than I can read them. It's practically instant.
