Melody too loud, constant crash sound a bit annoying and outdated imo. The melody itself i do like.

I lowered the melody and made the crash once every six bars instead of twice every 3. lmk if the melody is still too loud

Crash doesn’t work, it appears way too much, it’s annoying, try an open hat, and breaking down/removing stuff for better structure

Turn down the melodies, theyre loud af. Even if you don’t got the best sound selection, it can sound solid. But, if everything is always loud, it’ll sound muddy and everything clashes. You’d be surprised how much just lowering the volume on things helps for opening up space

You can still have consistency and a flow if you break down and remove stuff

Try crashes for maybe just the hook, it’s not as annoying but I think maybe a shorter crash or shorten it, or an open hat ? It feels awkward rn. The other drums aren’t too bad, maybe I’d lower the hats volume

Add some other sounds to the melody, that part is still annoying since it’s just constantly looping, with the 808 coming in and out sometimes in terms of structure. Or extend the loop and change the melody up, like if it’s a 4 bar loop, copy it to make it 8, then change up the rhythm slightly and note placement of the second half.

You can try inverting some of the notes up or down an octave for a change in melody

The 808s are not in key with the main melody. I think you can also use some cleanup in the mids all the layers are drowning eachother out.

i see the vision, i feel like the 808 notes might be a little out of tune, its just preference to me but maybe the hi hat could be a little quieter too

A lot of things sound out of key and i feel like if the main melody was not using reverb it would sound better. It kinda takes away from the raw vibe you have and adds noise
