i make tech house, tho regardless here are sum plugins i find useful (all free btw)

fresh air - for mids and highs, gives presence or smth
chowtapemodel - tape saturation
khs compactor - W ringmod sidechain for precision
khs transient shaper - gud for drums
vital - optional im pretty sure but its a synthesizer IF you wanna get into sound designs for trap

serum is a good cheap vst that has the electronic synths and soundwaves that are commonly used in trap beats, theres also vital which is free and works basically the same in regards for trap beats honestly. Key is learning mixing and mastering I guess, as for percussive instruments there are many hiphop drumkits you can google online for free and theres some actually perfect ones already in fl as presets (specifically these)
