Can someone please help me with a problem i have in FL Studio? I recently got a new headset, and since then i have not been able to hear anything outside of fl studio (fx. spotify, youtube etc.) I use asio4all as the audio drive and I don't have an audio interface. Its fixed if i use fl studio asio, but there is way too much delay for me to record on the fl studio asio. Does anyone know if its possible to fix this and how?

Yes, that is the tradeoff of using ASIO4ALL. You sacrifice the ability to hear sounds from other programs and in return you get less delay. If you want both, get an interface with a multi-client ASIO driver (most modern interfaces support this)
