APPPLY COMPRESSION (very important)
use any preset u like from fruity multiband compressor it's good
eq out a lil bit of high end not too much

also try or learn different voicings for the chords you are using
i think that also most electric piano vsts sound jazzier and much nicer with low velocity notes
