Just made this last night. It started as an attempt to recreate a popular song that is out right now, but once I laid the bass down (incorrectly) it felt like a different groove so I went with it and built this. Please let me know what you think and if there's anything that is glaringly bad that needs to be fixed. Thank you! (Haven't mixed anything yet at all, but open to suggestions on what to do there as well)

love that opening bass guitar. next instrument definitely unique. good quality piano. regarding that piano and the second instrument that comes in the song, they sound quite robotic. so i would randomize the velocities and strum the notes of the melodies of those instruments. same goes for the percussion. melodies have a good groove. 0:55 love this conga thing. great when something unexpected happens. what exact style are u going for here? if something a bit more modern, i would add automations. if ur going for video game background music, this is great. if ur not going for video game music thats designed to be stuck in ur head all that long, i would make it less repetitive because its quite repetitive imo. i would add more melodies. this is just my opinion but i think that adding someelectronic elements like leads and plucks could be pretty cool. conflicting genres is always awesome. hope this helped! good stuff overall

updated draft. Added another guitar part as suggested by @static fable , and then added another bridge part to add some more variation to the song. Would love additional feedback, thank you everyone! I'm a little slow to respond due to having a bad cold.
sounds good but i would add some variation for the drums, to make it more fresh cause it way too repetitive yk what i mean, you can also add more melodies, like a bass, a synth or whatever
