what do you mean? just pitch shift six semitones man. it takes like a few seconds to do, like two clicks

then it'll all be fine. you'll inconvenience yourself more by throwing out this perfectly fine project and spending hours starting over again. absolutely no reason to my man

i did. i pitched up the beat and it was too high and i dont want to pitch up or down the vocals

can you screenshot your FL just incase, so I can let you know if I see any mistakes in how you're pitching it? how you're pitching up your sound.

okay well try this

instead of pitching one of them six, to match the other (since that's a pretty large distance)

try pitching one of them up three semitones, and the other down three semitones. that'll still result in a matching key in the end, and now you're doing far less dramatic pitch shifting

however, it's also just fine to pitch only your midi. midi transposing does not create weird sounds or artifacting like audio does

yeah i transposed. i think im gonna change the key of the beat without pitching, just changing the chord progression. that'll work no?

i would do the 3 and 3 but i dont wanna change the vocal pitch

well your beat seems in key (it's hard to tell because it's quiet under the vocal which is clashing with it so hard) but that's my best guess

so you'd wanna transpose all your midi ideally
