like 90% of all feedback requests:
you have to much lowend ( to much bass from bass, kicks, etc )
but the arp lead with the stereo panning can be louder. rise it up to
lemme gues. maby -6 db
and but fruity or fintage chorus on it to give ot more abience volume / to fill it up

Appreciate it
ill redirect you to techno vaults discord server
but its really light weighted in activity
Thanks. I still think the track is missing something. When listening to artists like SOSA and Jamback their tracks just sound way more fuller lol
already been said but you basically have tons of low end, some high end, and everything else is just empty, you need mids and body.
This can be achieved in many ways, such as a pad, or layered reverb. The sparseness you have would be good for a section of the song, but throughout it need generally more. Also your drums are really dry.

Thanks man. When you say dry how exactly do you mean and is there a way I can make them sound better?
Reverb, maybe a little bit of slap delay.
for this piece I'd use 2 reverbs, a short and a long one.
2 on the same mixing channel? I’m still new to FL so soz if the terminology isn’t right lol
No - On separate. Let me show you.
Well first of all, let me ask you: Why do you think we wouldn't put it on the same channel?
Then each kick would sound the same again? I guess if it’s over two it gives some variety?
Not quite. This is how we would usually do it:
Notice the routing on the bottom.
The two middle ones have reverb (100% wet, 0% dry <- THIS IS IMPORTANT)
So in reverb (and effects in general) we have a "dry signal" and a "wet signal" - signal is basically the sound.
Dry means the version of the sound with no effect, so your default, regular sounding kick drum.
The "wet" sound is what it sounds like with the effect applied.
Ahh ok! I’m definitely gonna check this out when I get back home. Appreciate it mate
No worries - and if there's any other questions just let me know.
Just to answer the question from before - The reason we don't put them both on the same mixer track is because when you add one reverb, any reverb you add after that adds reverb to the reverb so instead of having 2 separate reverbs for body and thickness, you're adding reverb to a kick, then adding reverb to a reverbed kick. That's why we do it on three separate channels.
Ok cool. So we do this to give it two separate effects and not two effects stacked on top of each other, if that makes sense
Yep.
My main issue is knowing what to put in tracks to make them sound more fuller compared to what it is now. I guess that’s just experience as this is only my 2nd week messing around with FL
You can do it, but you need to know why you're doing it, and it's usually for creative effect or sound design than mixing.
Well reverb is a good place to start, so play around with that for a bit before jumping into other things.
Thanks again mate.

sometimes im too lazy for rhat and apply the fx directly on single chain 😂
What channel would you put these on though as in drums, bass etc?
Will check it out thanks
this is really good, maybe some high end/ambience would fill some of the space u feel is missing, epecially in the section where its only the vocals
