#learning how to make music how does this sound? only just started on it so is a WIP

I would draw out the notes that follow the chords just a little bit to add some swing to the whole thing. Maybe drop the bpm down by like 3 to 5 to give the notes some breathing room. Can't give you much feedback on 16 seconds and a few notes.
sorry didnt even see this ive been messing around with it for the past few weeks here and there and have done this idk if its any better or not
That kick sounds like it's not in time

I like the idea but the kick is not in the right spot and the drums pattern as a whole is lacking, Id recommend looking at some drum tutorials or listening to whatever genre u wana make and copying that as a baseline. You want to learn how to do things before you try go crazy and do experimental stuff

Ok thanks
love the melody, but to actually improve your beats, you need to lock in on the basic.
what you really need right now is to learn structuring, as you cant even make a simple house drum pattern. (this is your no. 1 prority, along with listening to house tracks to get a sense of what your song could sound like)
then learn how to make basses, you can search and download vital for free and spend 10000 years studying how to use this thing (itll be worth it tho, or be lazy and download free vital presets online)
also the track overall is too quiet

cheers mate
Only thing on this is the kick, its not on time, same with the lead or chords. im not sure, make sure these stay in the BPM of the project
