already done that, also cutted the highs out of that bass but now its crackling sometimes

hmm, does it crackling when you listen to the sounds separately? i don't know, maybe it's in the vocal? and try to check if it stops crackling when you disable some effects, so you can find the cause

i fixed it maybe, i exported everything as audio tracks

Keep everything in the mixer channel to -3 to -5db. Make sure you have enough headroom in the master channel as well (about -6db RMS). Fix an issue with a Distortion and Tape like thing in the vocals.

it could be the individual tracks are hitting 0 dB then the master is lowered down to be under 0 dB
