My focusrite is not recognised as an asio device even if i've downloaded focusrite control

I'm trying to correct my latency by searching the asio device for my sound card but it do not show. I tried to see if any tutorials on youtube would help me but i think this is a problem with my computer or idk

Are you using a Focusride Audio Imterface or something else?

yes i’ve downloaded the pilot that goes with it and the right one

but i don’t understand why it doesn’t show on fl, i also tryed other software but it’s still have the same issue

did you restart after installing the drivers? Also does it show up in Focusrite Control?

Reinstall then go into focusrite control and see if anything is there I had this issue but immediately fixed with a redownload, make sure it’s the exact model yours is or might give problems, every model has different downloads
