the first part is kinda inspired by him with all the synths and drums

pretty sure it was keyscape, i forgot which exact preset but either way there were a lot of effects on it to make it sound more vintage

I love the guitar! This would work well as an intro that drives the entire track

I'm thinking of it like this

This Intro -> bass guitar focused verse with introspective lyrics -> the lead guitar part comes back as a chorus with some simple, sustained lyrics sung over it -> similar verse but maybe add a rock piano over it to up the emotional stakes -> chorus comes back -> bridge with a solo -> chorus -> stripped down chorus section -> final chorus that resolves the lyrical themes -> outro that fades out
