reduce filter more, make it affected by envelope 1 slightly

make the sound more mono too, use the stereo separation knob to start pushing this sound to mono

also you need a specific bass sound needed to get the full effect which you want. which I detailed in my initial answer, once we finish the chords here I can walk you through that part next and then it should start sounding like it
