mix sounds fine and arrangement is good aswell

but for me the intro is too long (i have a small attention span)

I would shorten the into (if you want it to be more commercial) but its mixed and mastered well. It's loud enough - what are ethe LUFS level though - might be too loud for some services

I personally like the longer intro, gives the dj more time to mix and I think it works well, but a lot of people will disagree lol, especially given it takes up a 3rd of the track(I wouldn't mind it going on for longer honestly but maybe you can have an extended edit for that idk)

You could slowy fade in a synth with a simple melody maybe? Or something like that to give the idea of progression innit, then you can get away with more repetition(Keep in mind that I am in no way a producer I am just starting out, I'm talking from the perspective of a listener, but I don't want to discredit myself too heavily lol)
