Too much Delay

Hey guys, I’ve got a solid mic and audio interface but still face about 20ms delay without any effects while using 512 buffer size. How can I fix the issue ? I was told my mic should have about 5ms only

If you know anything that could fix the issue please help me

Is that the lowest buffer length available or that your PC can handle?

download and install the drivers for your Audient id audio interface and select them in FL Studio

512way too high, buffer for recording esp on a budget interface between 64-256 max, i would go with 64 or 128 , you need a low buffer for recording, a higher one for mixing..
