how do i stop 2 piano rolls overriding eachother?

i have an issue where i am trying to make 2 separate melody's with 2 different synthesizers but the issue is that the synthesizers overlap each other.

press alt + v if you want to deactivated the ghost notes, and alt + v again to enable it
