great but too much going on
Great, interesting and not too complex with good space for vocals
I wouldn’t agree. I was taught something in music that I’ll never forget: "less is more." The less you do, the better it is. Sure, it’s not bad, it still needs a few more years of learning, but it’s not bad. However, I don’t know how you can say that a vocal can fit on this. If the voice we’re talking about is Drake, I might believe you, but let’s not forget that the production is supposed to serve the vocals, and that’s not the case here.
I must not have been paying attention when listening at first, and now that I do I fully agree with you;
There is too much going on.
No problem mate thanks 🙏
Gave +1 Rep to @cosmic shale (current: #15 - 27)
the 808 kinda clashing with the reese
add a high pass to the reese bass
at loke 200 hz or maybe more idk depends on the 808

ur right, sounds better now
I fully disagree, jesus.
First of all, of all people, Drake's beats are usually simple af because bro rapps like he is bored out of his mind.
In this case, there is more than enough space to fit in some vocals. The melody is simple, spacey and leaves enough room for a properly mixed voice to be inserted and still being up front.
The only thing that could throw of an artist would be the snare fill at the end, but that can be used sparingly within the full arrangement.
I agree ^^ I really don’t understand how yall think there’s too much going on. The only thing too much is that lazer. Space it out more.
