It's a lot easier to change the pitch of basses if you synthesize it yourself. You can still re-pitch the bass samples as unique versions and use a separate kick then blend the kick and bass together though. It just requires extra steps with samples.

Yeah I figured. I was telling you how to proceed.
Either make them yourself in future or make unique copies of the sample and change the pitch of those then mix in a kick.

Yeah you can use Vital. On Point Samples does a bunch of hardstyle kick tutorials and you can translate everything they explain into stock/free plugins pretty easily once you learn the basics.

The samples do, but they have some free packs. They make videos teaching you how to make your own stuff for free too.

It takes practice. Make sure you pay attention the what settings they're using and how they affect the sound.
