Is the device new or used? Did you install the drivers through Focusrite Control 2 and restarted your PC? What does your windows audio settings say? Does it show up there?

It’s new, yes I’ve installed drivers through focuseite control 2, it shows my microphone inputting sound butI can’t hear nothing at all. What could my windows settings say? I have the corect input and output selected
