As much as I'm not really a fan of hip hop, so I can't really give any good pointers on what hip hop artists generally do, but the arrangement sounds decent enough to work with. Try adding a melody over top of this as the rest seem to be mostly rhythm lines. Usually with a song with vocals, the vocals are the melody

The important thing to realize is that the melody is supposed to be a culmination of the rhythm, harmony (chord progression), and a bit of randomness thrown in to make it stand out
