Whenever i use ASIO4all on fl studio while recording my guitar, it works perfectly except that i cant use any other application with audio. If i open youtube and play something on there it wont start or would say that my audio drivers dont work. everything starts working normally again when i switch it to primary sound driver in the audio settings in FL studio.

ASIO4all is a One Sound At A Time (OSAAT) and Low-Latency audio driver, meaning ASIO4all will disable every other Audio driver on your pc,
and no sound can go thru those software (that aren't using ASIO4all)
but only CAN go thru if the first software that is open is using ASIO4all, therefore switch to FL Studio ASIO or smth like that. no big deal

If recording is a big part of your workflow then ideally you'll want to have an audio interface and use the drivers that come with that. You don't have to get anything crazy but don't cheap out either. It's something you'll be using for years.

I thought you didn't have one at all and were using a usb mic or something.

its called vault ai22, like an 80 dollar interface

I wouldn't be surprised if that didn't have custom drivers.
