plugins wont LOAD!!

this is how you save them
you click on the drop menu by the preset
(if you have a project folder you can just drag and drop it there, if you dont just click on "save preset as" and it''ll ask you where on you pc would you like to save)
what i want to see is what happens if you recall one of those presets in a blank project

so do that for just 1 plugin and tell me if it opens in a blank project
