I don't know the answer because I'm not familiar with your music but I normally put gross beat ore a fill for transition

If you can make a transition with a down effect it might sound cool, overall I find gross beat transitions work wonders

i would use another brass( more darker brass and use that to transtition) u can put like breaks in the song and effects to make nice transition
