It sounds like there's a lot of sounds from a lot of genres that aren't able to agree on what the overall song should be. The snare sounds like it's more fit for an orchestra or marching band. The synth sounds neat, but it sounds like something I'd have in rhythm. Later on you have another synth that comes in that certainly adds the flavor that the song really needed. Other than that, the intro section (~50 seconds long) kinda felt like it was lasting quite too long. Maybe shorten it down to the 20 second mark and use that synth as rhythm, and let the other synth take over, feeding the melody
I should also say the bass guitar and drum are a pretty good fit

idk about the snare, I think it sounds fine. You should decide on whether you are aiming for a more distant (reverb) type of track or not. And at 1 minute there is a lead that is a bit overpowering.
