#i try to make a song without hihat

why is it not synced?
the sample ?
the beat?
I love the variety of sound effects you've used. But there's a problem: there isn't a baseline. A bassline is necessary for a song to have melodic sense and groove; the bass note in your song is being played on the same key over and over so it gets a little bit repeating
i think the 808's arent consistent, or are playing up till the third bar and restarting which kinda makes it hard to bob my head
what can I do to change that?
hold on lemme make a quick detroit
You should also play around with the drums, it is very hard to predict what is going to happen on the drums and 808 side of things
Maybe try a different pattern that is on-beat
I agree
Can I try to space them out better to let the 808s breathe?
There is still too many 808's playing, you should lower the amount, I tried making an example but I'm not really good at making beats
okay i think its better now
tell me if this sucks i havent made this before
and i just found out who "babytron" is
but you see how the 808 goes all 4 bars?
it sounds like yours is ending at 3/4 bars and restarting
which ruins the rythm
Because you're using a sample, 808s begin to clash when they go too near to one another
