fine-tuning beats makes a huge difference

I usually only spend a few hours on my beats and so they don't have as much depth to them as they probably should

this beat took me like 3 hours. if I had spent longer on it (and had more plugins instead of using the trial edition for the past 4 years), it could've come out so much better. the beats I've spent the longest on are easily the best ones I have

just eq? or do u use smth else

I didn't do anything to it
The kick one shot was already perfect
Just added a soft clipper on the master channel and that was it
