#Add tempo events to a MIDI like a conductor, or record a tempo slider?

I'm working on a solo piano song, and I want to add many tempo events to the MIDI in real time during playback as though I was conducting the song. Either that, or I'd like to control and record the tempo with a slider on my FL Key 49. I want to be able to export my MIDI with the tempos as well. Is there such a way to do this?

idk what ur asking but the solution might be automation clips

I'm guessing it'd have something to do with that probably, but from what I understand, automation clip points can be added wherever your mouse clicks (vertically AND horizontally). I want it so I can add points to my automation clip ONLY vertically, guided along the scrolling song position cursor as the bar moves through the song. I know I can create a Fruity Keyboard Controller with different tempos associated to each key (ie 70 through 250 bpm on keys C3 through C7), and I can change the preview's tempo with the controller, so maybe there's a way to connect this controller a tempo automation clip?
