First time trying to make music after finishing a course on how to make them

how is this for a beginner? any tips on how to improve?

i think the beat drop could be better i get why you lowered the percussion for the melody

but try lowering the melody instead and increasing break (and eq the break)

or better yet lower the volume of both the intro or outro to match the inside

doesnt sound bad at all for a beginner
