Mix is extremely cluttered and the limiter on your master is suffering insanely

#

The 808 is pushing it so hard that when it dies down it sounds like the rest of the mix suddenly spikes in volume

#

Delete the limiter and adjust gain of all the elements till it's not clipping

#

Or till it's clipping not enough to sound bad
