when/how should i go from making loops to full songs?

Over the past few days ive picked up and learned fl studio. Im pretty comfortable will the software, and I want to start making things longer than 30 seconds
How do I transition from making loops to full songs? Where are full length songs different than short loops?

But ultimately, it comes down to arrangement, variation, and overall just playing around with different things at different times. You can follow a standard arrangement structure or try coming up with your own.
