Something I'm seeing online is that it doesn't support high sample rates. You're not running 192kHz are you?

No, that all looks good. I'm not really sure what might be happening. I'll see if I can demo the waves thing myself.
I don't use waves at all over here.

If you want to do a refund you'll get your money back, and you can pick up another autotune style VST. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Otherwise, you can keep messing around with it to see why it's not working.

Auver recommends bx CrispyTuner, which regularly goes on sale for ~$30 ish. From my quick testing last night, it works pretty well, but adds a little bit of latency.
