Sounds dope. very in tune with how rnb music is sounding now a days. My suggestion is add another snare, maybe one a little sharper so it sounds a little crisp with the one you have already. and also on the snare you do have maybe give it a very small reverb and tune the reverb where its not super loud but trails off nicely.

Maybe I would give more volume to the highest voice at start and during the continuity of the track.
Also around 1:50-2:20 I may have have increased the volume of your back voice, not sure but you sidechained the back voices to your lead voice? If so I would have reduced the compression to give more space to the back voices around the end of the track
