For some reason the presets for essential pianos, strings and winds are empty for me, hope someone can help me with this

How do I do that? Whenever I press on the download button next to the preset it gives me this msg

The message is pretty clear, you need to unlock FL before using those packs

And I take it you've restarted FL since you've unlocked?
