my guess is you have some frequency spaces not being used, try adding some new elements to help fill up the beat. i would also try experimenting with effects like reverb

I know as much as your average fl 10 year old but I liked V2 more then V3. The drop at 0:14 was excellent but I wish there was more movement with the high notes after 0:14. It feels like they're leading the beat from there on out and they're pretty static. All and all though pretty awesome.

and then alt+r on pianoroll to give it veriation in velocity

oh just open the hat midi in pianoroll and hist alt+r it pulls up the randomization windo then you turn it all off except the bottom section and tweat the variation in velocity so the hats not always hitting at same volume

add some sub to it. and change the arrangement to have some defined meanings, an intro that teases a drop, a drop that has some hooky chorus, a bridge from a chorus that has some calmer section for a verse, etc etc
