When I’m exporting my song, for some reason it’s adding a previously record vocal track that isn’t even on the playlist. And when I listen through Fl study it isn’t there. But it is when I export. Even when I mute the channel it “could be on”. I’ve even muted every track on the mixer and exported and it’s still somehow there …

If you could post some screenshots or a video, that might help us understand what's happening.
The only things I can think to check are channels in the channel rack, and any Edison/NewTone instances that might be weirdly slaved to project playback.

Have you drawn a dot on the step sequencer that triggers the vocal that is being hidden by being too far right on the step sequencer to see it at a glance
