Helllo! I want to turn this OGG file into an 8-bit sound by using sound effects, I've spoken to a friend about it and they said its possible on FL-Studio using sound effects on the OGG. I've never really used FL Studio only for changing midi instruments so I'm kind of a bit lost here.

Can you send the OGG file in question so we can get a better grade of what it would take to do what you want?

Theres multiple ogg files as its an entire game so ill just send one

There's a few different ways to achieve an "8-bit sound", one way is through bitcrushing. Load your OGG into FL, route it through a mixer insert, then add the Effector plugin. This lo-fi effect is a bitcrusher.

#

Another similar effect would be to use Fruity WaveShaper and to use the Bitmunched preset

Inserts are how you add effects to sound
