Have you tried checking your Windows Soun Settings to make sure what is set there matching the sample rate you're trying to run at?

yes, although just now, one was wrong. I have voicemeeter potato unlocked paid for. I restarted just now after changing that too

what asio driver are you using in FL and Voicemeter? Some ASIO drivers only support one client at a time
