<@&1122587817768398938> Looking at https://polymaker.com/product/polyflex-tpu90/ - the recommended retraction distance is 3mm for direct drive, seems pretty extreme! It also contradicts general recommendations on the wiki... https://wiki.polymaker.com/the-basics/3d-slicers/travel-and-retraction TPU/Flexibles: Disable retraction or use ≤1mm distance to prevent jams.

I should probably just run a calibration test to find out, but wanted to raise this in case the recommendations on the polymaker site were incorrect.

FWIW I got TPU90 to print on the Snapmaker U1 but had to run it outside of the PTFE tube... Also used multi-toolhead to lay down a layer of PLA to print the TPU on, made print removal much easier. Printing TPU directly on a BQ Cryogrip plate (non heated) is a big mistake - unless you want a permanent artifact!

<@&1122587817768398938> not super urgent, but wondered if there are any updated guidance on retraction distances for this filament? Thanks! 🤘
