Smths off
it shouldnt be black though
I wonder if your using a weird File type on the video
.mov
@rocky nova sry for the ping but did you have any ideas on what was happening
Discord recommends Mp4 for Videos
Theres quite a few things like the gears arent meshing right filament is stuck within the AMS stuff like that
so fillament is stuck in my ams basically?
Its one of the possibilities.
hmm
Youd need to take it apart to know for certain
can i not see from the tube thingy because its transparent?
i do have the ams 2 pro so they're a lot easier to access
Yeah since you can see the tube you should be able to possibly rule it out pretty easy
Red light means a problem with the AMS. Like the good Dr said, it's pretty common to get a bit of broken filament in side the ams, or to have one of the PTFE tubes inside the AMS get damaged. Open up the AMS and check the PTFE tubes
@rocky nova @molten ferry sorry for the ping again, but i checked the ptfe tubes and im like 80% sure none of them have broken fillament, but i just realized that the problem is on all four ams slots so i dont think thats the problem
it kind of feels like the gear isn't able to grab the fillament
almost like some setting/calibration got changed
Just to check are you pushing the plastic peice up to push the filament in. Or are you just pushing the filament in
yeah im pushing that button in
i basically didnt use my printer for a week and when i tried it just did this
<@&1122587817768398938> im sorry for the ping but i didnt get any useful information so i dooo kind of still need help
