A couple of days can for sure be too wet
I didn’t have an issue printing lw pla on the 50% speed setting and under 12% filament humidity while using generic pla profile on A1.

Are you trying to print more than one object at a time? Most LW-PLA projects are meant to print one object at a time and the expected stringing is constrained within the haul of the print
