<@&1122587817768398938> have a new Poly Dryer and it is really noisy, it's making a buzzing sound when it's on. Like the fan is hitting something inside of it.

It sounds like the fan is hitting something

It's unnormal. I checked with the factory, this product used the former fan and PCBA. We have optimized the fan and PCBA to decrease the noise. But this sound is still unnormal anyway.

I would suggest seeking for help from our after sales service. But I cannot confirm the specific issue since before I got this product.
