As seen in the video after the first layer in all my prints the second layer just starts destroying the second layer. This started happening out of no where almost and I have no idea why.

That looks like heavy under extrusion most likely a clog.

Do a cold pull and check the nozzle.

If you have a second replacement hotend you could also just swap it out real quick and see if that fixes the issue.

If so then you can continue with the new one or swap back to the old and work on clearing and cleaning.

Try to up z height also it seems to clog

Don’t currently have another hotend to check if that’s the case however

You can just start with the cold pull then and seeing if you can clean it out that way

Or if you have any of the cleaning needles that the printer came with as well.
