====================================            Fiberon™ PPS-CF10         ======================================
=================================== ENCLOSED AND HARDEND NOZZLE ===================================
Slicer Settings
Nozzle Temperature: 300-320°C

Bed Temperature: 100-120°C

Print Speed: 30-50 mm/s
Density             1.35 g/cm³
Layer Height: 0.1-0.2 mm

Cooling Fan: Off (or very low)

Retraction: 1-2 mm at 20-30 mm/s

Adhesion: Use a PEI sheet or apply a thin layer of PVA glue stick on the bed to improve adhesion.

Additional Tips
Enclosure: Use an enclosure to maintain a stable printing environment and reduce warping.

Dry Filament: Ensure the filament is dry before printing. Store it in a dry box or use a filament dryer.

Nozzle Type: Use a hardened steel or ruby nozzle to prevent wear from the abrasive carbon fibers. when you make a profile these are the right numbers and setting for polymakers carbon fiber ```

All normal PLA you can do with a Normal Nozzle ================ALL like GLow and FIberon stuff or glitter in it lets say more rougher stuff Use a Hardend Nozzle

#

Use Dish Soap with hot water on the plates when you switch material or when they are new ................sometimes alcohol wont do it and watch out with towels with wash softener on it
