Convert PNG to 3D Model??

Is it possible to convert a flat file PNG to some kind of 3D model that can be editied?

You can convert a png to oa vector and use that in a sketch

Rasterizer years ago turned a 150 year old blue print into AutoCAD 3D rendering. Took me weeks and a curator to the scanner. AI rasterizer must be insanely better. A coin program gives a 3 dimension raised image interpreting shadows so good as the photo
