nozzle isnt tight against the heatbreak
Ah, does it not come tight from the factory?
Ig it doesn't matter now lol. Any suggestions for how to clean it?
unlikely
get it warm and use an allen key or something to get the gunk off, tightening will need to be done hot
haha, that sure is convenient for a beginner 🙂
sounds good, thank you!
funny enough this is part of my podcast tomorrow.....
Ah, very cool! I hope it goes splendidly!
Something else you can do if the parts are still disassembled is to secure them and use a heat gun to soften up the plastic and wipe it off/pick off with tweezers. You need to be careful since you are working with hot metal, so take all the precautions you can. This can also be done while your hot end is still in the grips of the blob of death, but you run the risk of softening the parts around the extruder.
