I am going to order polylite filament. I usally use inland from micro center, and i use a food dehydrator as a filament dryer. It seems to work. Should i use it for the filamenr when it comes in?

my policy is to dry all filament as it so often can improve print quality

I have had Polylite and Polyterra out for 6 or more months with 25% in home humidity. I have no issues grabbing a spool and printing right away with it. Of course, conditions may vary...

As other's have said, standard Polymaker PLA shouldn't need to be dried right out of the box. Once you get into some of the specialty or other polymers (PETG, ABS, ASA) You'll need to be more concerned with it.

You can always do a quick test to make sure too. Load it up, extrude a bit into free air. If it comes out smooth you're good to go. If it comes out rough and with bubbles then it needs to be dried.
