Just about any plate should work. Grab one of the PA-CF profiles that were uploaded and start there. You should only have to make minor adjustments after that.
Use an interface layer like gluestick to avoid damaging your pei.
cool, thanks
thanks
Any idea how to get the shiny gloss off CoPA-prints? on the website the look rather matt. thanks.
So far I only did some 30/30 Voron-test cubes, but I have absolutely no adhesion issues. after some minutes of cooling (plate temp=50°C) It pops off almost without touching. Black original Bambu- doublesided PEI sheet.
Hey mate, was wondering have you been able to dial in a profile for the CoPA for the X1C?
Perform the temp towers, flow extrusions and other calibrations, that will be a good starting point, you can also use the spec sheet given by polymaker.
Thank you! Did you find a good Volumetric Flow rate to start on?
Bed 40c
Nozzle 245
Speed
First layer 25mm/s
Owall 40 mm/s
All the rest 60mm/s
Raft 15mn
If you have .4 Nozzle keep all your extrusions at .42 to avoid stress that will cause warping.
Dry you filament for 6 hours at 100c. Do it.
Glue stick
