I would start by getting the bed nice and level.
i did level it
The top part of that picture is much closer to the bed than the bottom
After leveling, I would recalibrate the Z offset, do an extruder calibration, and then run a flow rate test
how do you do a flow rate test
Superslicer, prusa slicer, and orca all have it built in. Theres a drop down menu at the top for different calibration prints
i use cura
Follow this guide from beginning to end. Dont skip anything. Even if it's something you've already done

That's a firmware setting, and that format is for klipper. I don't know the marlin equivalent. All it does is keep the heaters on longer
