It doesnt stick to bed
Like prints then falls off later?
First layer doesnt stick very well it goes up a little and the nozzle peels it
Do you have acetone?
Yes
Okay lemme try
Make sure it half melted ice cream thickness
Not all glue stick works btw. I have had terrible results with some and amazing result with others.
You can also try hairspray
Asa/abs slurry works, but is a bit messy
Hair spray
Nah i could get some
Ok cool
But it is intersting that it doesnt stick noe
But i had z offset lower than it should be it works but with elephant foot
Just before print and don't touch it with bare hands
Okay
Oils from your hands will affect bed adhesion
What's your chamber temperature at?
Well that's a problem
I could cover it with blankes tho
I don't bother starting a print with Asa until my chamber hits 35c
Now i have a chamber
That should help
Looks like a ghost tho
Hopefully that's enough to help
Use asa with acetone mix or hair spray with a brim or a raft and it should work
Yes it is about 35 c in there
Do the acetone and asa or hair spray and do a brim aswell
The acetone isnt dtrong enough
Also this is a test print in the ellis guide so i have no control
What's your bed temp for asa?
85 c
I use a 110c bed for abs and Asa.
Lemmw try that vay
It is better now but i am exhausted so i am done with printing today
Have you tried Blue Tape? It is a time consuming set up but cheap and uses the physical micro voids on the tape to create the adhesion. Might be worth a shot if you have a decent brand of it on hand.
I want to buy some earlier but couldnt find it
That glue doesn't work, I have tested, for ASA the best one I have tried is Kores glue stick
For me "mon ami" or "bostick" works well
